After Arijit Taneja and Shikha Singh, another actor to QUIT Kumkum Bhagya!

New Delhi: Here comes a bad news for TV's number 1 daily soap Kumkum Bhagya fans. After Arijit Taneja aka Purab and Shikha Singh aka Aaliya another actor is all set to quit the show. According to the reports actor Ankit Mohan who portrays the role of Abhi's (Shabbir Ahluwalia) cousin Akash has decided to bid adieu to Ekta Kapoor's show. Leading entertainment portal BollywoodLife has quoted a source saying, "Ankit had informed the makers that he wants to quit the show for better prospects. After several meetings, they parted ways amicably. Currently, he is serving his notice period, which ends on August 15th.” The actor has also confirmed the news to the portal and shared "“Yes, it is true that I have decided to move on. The show is amazing and my character is doing really well, so it was a tough decision for me to quit the show.” “It was a great experience working with Balaji Telefilms. I would definitely love to work with them again. The entire team of Kumkum Bhagya is like my second family, I’m going to miss shooting with them, " Ankit Mohan added. The actor was earlier seen as Ashwathama in Saurabh Tiwary’s mythological TV show ‘Mahabharat’.
