New Delhi: The world went into a shock with the news of the unfortunate death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput last year on June 14, 2020. His family members and fans are still not able to overcome the loss as they keep on seeking justice for his death on social media. It has been more than 9 months since the talented actor breathed his last, but the actual reason for his death has still not been declared officially.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is currently being investigated by three Central agencies – CBI, ED and NCB. The case was passed on to the CBI from the Mumbai Police after SSR’s father lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty and others for the abetment of his son’s suicide. While investigating the ‘Kedarnath’ actor’s death case, a drug link came up. The Narcotics Control Bureau then came forward and started with their probe.

However, soon after her bail, the NCB moved the Supreme Court and challenged the Bombay High Court’s decision to grant Rhea Chakraborty bail in cases registered against her under the NDPS Act.

Now, according to a report of IANS, the Supreme Court might hear NCB’s plea challenging Rhea’s bail on March 18. The report further added that the bench will be headed by Chief Justice S.A. Bobde and will comprise of Justices A.S. Bopanna and V. Ramasubramanian.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty had to deposit her passport with the NCB and she also cannot leave Mumbai without informing the investigating agency.
