In an emotional note shared via Instagram Stories, Shruthi wrote, "For you guys, spreading all these contents on me… it’s just a joke and fun content. But for me and my close ones this is a very hard situation.” She further stressed the emotional toll such incidents take on women, adding, "I am also a girl and have feelings. You guys make it worse."
Expressing her frustration, Shruthi made a pointed remark at those sharing the video, stating, "See the videos of your mother, sister, or girlfriend, because they have the same body as me.” Her statement resonated strongly with many, drawing attention to the impact of privacy breaches and cyber harassment.
In a follow-up post, Shruthi highlighted the legal consequences of sharing such leaked content, whether real or digitally manipulated. She wrote, "Start being human. Sharing leaked videos, whether real or deepfake, is a criminal offense in India."
