Kalki 2898 AD Box Office Collection Day 1: Nag Ashwin's sci-fi epic, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan, had a historic opening at the Indian box office. According to Sacnilk.com, "Kalki 2898 AD" grossed ₹95 crore on its first day, marking the biggest opening day in Indian cinema history, surpassing the previous record held by 'Jawan.'

The early estimates from Sacnilk.com indicate that 'Kalki 2898 AD' earned ₹95 crore across all languages in India on its debut day. This includes ₹64.5 crore nett in Telugu, ₹4 crore nett in Tamil, ₹24 crore nett in Hindi, and ₹2.2 crore in Malayalam. These figures outshine the ₹65.5 crore earned by Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' on its opening day last year.
