The early estimates from Sacnilk.com indicate that 'Kalki 2898 AD' earned ₹95 crore across all languages in India on its debut day. This includes ₹64.5 crore nett in Telugu, ₹4 crore nett in Tamil, ₹24 crore nett in Hindi, and ₹2.2 crore in Malayalam. These figures outshine the ₹65.5 crore earned by Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' on its opening day last year.
The report also noted that the film had an impressive 85.15 percent occupancy in Telugu on Thursday.
