Ranbir Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan And Ranveer Singh Get Set For A Terrific 2022 Ahead, Have A Series Of Most Anticipated Releases Lined Up Already

With a calendar like that, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Kartik Aarayn have all the reasons to celebrate.

The industry is in a celebratory mood with cinema halls opening up after a long wait of over two years. With films like Sooryavanshi, Antim and Tadap faring well at the box office to different degrees, it is just the cherry on the cake for the industry! While 2021 has ended on a good  note for showbiz, the biggest players of the game like Ranbir Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and Ranveer Singh seem to be beaming ear-to-ear with a stellar line up for the upcoming 2022.

While it has been a fruitful year for Kartik Aaryan with a big OTT hit, Dhamaka, the actor has no time to rest and has moved on to his next, Shehzada. Currently in Delhi shooting for the Rohit Dhawan directorial opposite Kriti Sanon, he can often be seen posting pictures and videos from the shoot. Meanwhile, Balaji Motion Pictures’ Freddy that features him with Alaya F in the lead roles has been wrapped already and is scheduled for a March 2022 release. As for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, that’s another of his biggie slated for 2022 release.

Meanwhile Captain which is being directed by Hansal Mehta, will go on floors once Kartik wraps up Shehzada and this film too is set to release in 2022 itself. Wait, there is more. Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment’s family drama, which was also announced earlier this year, will be shot soon and get ready for release in 2022,. No wonder, it looks like quite a long queue of films coming from Kartik Aaryan who indeed has a heavy year ahead.

Speaking of Ranbir, his last release was all time blockbuster film, Sanju, and that was released back in 2018. Though he hasn’t been seen on the big screen post that, the lull will soon end in 2022 with a spate of remarkable films coming from his kitty. His period film Shamshera, also starring Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt, is touted to be an action-drama that will release in March. Then there’s Luv Ranjan’s film with Shraddha Kapoor, which is currently been shot in Delhi and would be unveiling its release plans soon. Animal, Sandeep Reddy Vanga's second Hindi directorial post Kabir Singh is scheduled for a Dusshera 2022 festive arrival. The film is special as it would see Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra come together. Then of course there is much talked about Brahmastra, which is a magnum opus in the making and has just unveiled its motion poster.  Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film stars Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan alongside Ranbir. No wonder, it’s going to be a packed year for Ranbir as well, and something that will end his long hiatus.

As for Ranveer Singh, he has all the reasons to smile. Sooryavanshi, in which he had a part to play, is a superhit at the box-office while ’83 is set to be massive and will hit theatres on 24th December. The film narrates India’s historic win over West Indies in 1983 where the country lifted its first ever World Cup. Then Ranveer has a comedy-drama, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which would be arriving in early 2022. Next of course there’s a film to be directed by the veteran director, Shankar. Meanwhile, he has shot major portions of Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus already and that film too is scheduled for a 2022 release. Presently, Ranveer is busy shooting for Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Alia Bhatt which would be wrapped up soon as well.
