Parineeti Chopra And Raghav Chadha To Get Engaged On May 13 In Delhi: Report

The AAP MP Raghav Chadha and actor Parineeti Chopra will reportedly get engaged on May 13 in Delhi.

New Delhi: The AAP MP Raghav Chadha and actor Parineeti Chopra have been frequently spotted together in the past few months, sparking relationship rumours. There were many speculations around their engagement and wedding, and now according to the latest report, the couple will get engaged on May 13.

According to Indian Express, Parineeti and Raghav will get engaged in New Delhi on May 13. There are no further details about the engagement, but earlier, there were reports that they will tie the knot in October.

The two became the talk of the town when they were spotted twice in Mumbai in March. Since then, they have been spotted together many times. When Parineeti traveled to Delhi, Raghav came to pick her up from the airport.

Though the couple has stayed mum about their relationship status, Parineeti’s co-star Harrdy Sandhu had confirmed their relationship and claimed that he even congratulated her. Also, Rajya Sabha Member Sanjeev Arora congratulated the two on their ‘union’ on Twitter.

Parineeti spoke about the recent media attention on her personal life in an interview with Lifestyle Asia India. The actor said that she sees the attention as a part Of her success.

“If I were nobody or they were not interested in me, that would probably mean that I did not achieve what I tried to achieve as an actor because a successful actor will be famous, will be a part of everybody’s homes, a part of living room conversation, a part of the news, a part of the news channels, a part of digital media, a part of the paparazzi culture, and everything,” she told Lifestyle Asia India.

She also said a thin line exists between the media discussing her life and 'crossing the line by being too personal or disrespectful'.

“If that ever happens, I will just clarify in case somebody’s gotten anything wrong. So, I mean, if the world was not interested, I would have considered myself unsuccessful. If the world is interested, that means I’ve done something right in my career. So that’s how I see it,” she told Lifestyle Asia India.

On the work front, Parineeti Chopra was seen in two films in 2022 – 'Uunchai' and 'Code Name Tiranga'.

She has recently wrapped shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s 'Chamkila' with Diljit Dosanjh. The actress will also be seen in Jaswant Singh Gill’s biopic, which stars Akshay Kumar.
