Makers of the Zoya Akhtar-directorial 'The Archies’ have now given a sneak peek of the ‘Dhishoom Dhishoom’ song.
New Delhi: It was only recently when the makers and cast of Netflix’s ‘The Archies’ unveiled the entire music album at a grand carnival event in Mumbai. As much as the fans were awestruck by the performances of its cast members including Dot (Aditi), Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda, it’s the film’s music that has managed to create quite a stir in the music scene with its ‘60s rock and roll vibe while topping varied music charts. The song ‘Dhishoom Dhishoom’ from the film has opened to great response to the music, the song’s choreography has also impressed the audiences. Set against a high school, the song features the female cast skating with co-actor Agastya Nanda.
As the excitement for the film continues to build up, makers of the Zoya Akhtar directorial have now given a sneak peek of the ‘Dhishoom Dhishoom’ song. In a new BTS video, Suhana Khan, Dot and Khushi Kapoor can be seen preparing for the song during their roller-skating rehearsals. A candid glimpse of the challenges and difficulties faced by the actors finding their balance, the video showcases them playfully falling while on skates, further adding authenticity to their moments. Impressively, their determination led them to master their moves, which can be seen in the song.
Sharing the video on social media, the girls wrote, “Pulled all punches for Dhishoom Dhishoom.”

The song is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy, vocals by Dot and Kelly Dlima, and penned by Javed Akhtar, the track features Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor along with the 'The Archies' cast.
Helmed by Zoya Akhtar, the film marks the acting debut of Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda, Shah Ruk Khan's daughter Suhana Khan and producer Boney Kapoor's Khushi Kapoor.
'The Archies', a coming-of-age musical, follows the lives of Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Reggie, Ethel and Dilton who will take audiences to the fictional hilly town of Riverdale. The film explores friendship, freedom love, heartbreak and rebellion.
