When further asked about the craziest fan moment, Jitendra shared an incident following the release of his popular show ‘Pitchers. He said in Hindi, “We had a show in Raipur after 'Pitchers' was released. A boy cycled from a village 200 kilometers away to see us. He didn't have a phone or a bike. He told us he had started his journey the previous night and reached us by stopping and resting along the way. The entire 'Pitchers' cast was there for the show. It was incredibly humbling to see someone go to such lengths for us. It was a very warm gesture. Since he didn't have a phone, we took a photo with him, created an email ID for him, and told him we'd send the photo to that email so he could collect it from a shop or computer.”

Jitendra on Panchayat's popularity
When asked if he ever anticipated the immense popularity of ‘Panchayat,’ the actor responded, "You can never be sure of the kind of response you'll get, and you can't predict it. I believe the only predictability lies in whether the show is being made well and whether some people will like it or not. While we were making it, I wondered who would click on the trailer or watch the episodes. However, I had faith in the script and was confident that anyone who watched the first episode would enjoy it. But receiving so much love was truly unexpected."
The actor plays Abhishek Tripathi in the show, who has taken a job in the Panchayat office of a village named Phulera.
ABP Live’s review of the third season reads, “Panchayat's third season might be lighter on laugh-out-loud moments, but it makes up for it with heartwarming scenes like this reminding us of the power of friendship and the simple joys of life. 'Panchayat 3' may not be perfect like its predecessors, but it's a worthy successor that leaves you eager for another delightful visit to Phulera.”
