New Delhi: 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' finale on Friday evening saw Sana Makbul emerge as the winner after beating Naezy and Ranvir Shorey who were part of Top 3 finalists. Sana won a trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 25 lakh. The grand finale also saw some competition between Sana Makbul and rapper Naved Shaikh, aka Naezy. While the winner was announced, the former housemates shared their views about the winner and other contestants in several interactions with the media.

Ranvir Shorey's shocking remarks post winner announcement

Post the announcement of the winner, Ranvir Shorey made shocking coments, suggesting that if contestants are retained based on their social media following, the makers of 'Bigg Bosss OTT' should simply award trophies to housemates with the most followers. 

"Agar sirf social media following ke basis pe show pe rahenge, toh usse achha yeh hai ke jiski sabse zyada social media following hai usko seedha trophy de do ( If the only criterion for staying on the show is social media following, then it's better to directly give the trophy to the one with the highest social media following)," Shorey told News 18 in an interaction.

Shehnaaz Gill's message for Ranvir Shorey

Ranvir Shorey was also called to the confession room, where he watched a hearfelt video message from Shehnaaz Gill, 'Bigg Boss 13' finalist. In her message, Shehnaaz motivated Ranvir and assured him that he would receive ample work post the show. "Hello Ranvir sir, main aapko mubarakbaad dena chahti hu. Aapne game ko itni honesty ke sath khela hai. Aapne apni real personality utni hi sachchaai ke sath dikhaayi jitni sachchaai ke sath aap screen pe acting karte ho. Aap top 5 tak pahuch chuke ho, main chahti hu ab aap jeet kar bhi aao. Bhagwaan kare aapko bahut saara kaam mile jab aap bahar aao(Hello Ranvir sir, I want to congratulate you.
