New Delhi: Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui is on cloud nine right now. The young lad from Mumbai's Dongri area made his mark in Ekta Kapoor's digital reality show 'Lock Upp' and took home the winner's trophy.

The grand finale of the reality show hosted by actress Kangana Ranaut, took place on Saturday, with Munawar bagging a cash prize of Rs 20 lakh and a brand new car, along with the winner's trophy. On Sunday, Ekta Kapoor hosted a success bash for the contestants as well as other industry celebs.

Before attending the event, Munawar surprised everyone by sharing a mushy picture with his girlfriend on Instagram. In the picture, Munawar can be seen posing for a selfie, dressed in a black shirt, while his ladylove clicked a picture. While Munawar hid half portion of the girl's face with a heart emoji, he set Diljith Dosanjh's song 'Lover' in the background. Munawar can also be seen resting his hand close to his girl's chest, as they click the picture. 

The stand-up comedian who has more than 2.5 million followers, sent his fans into a frenzy as soon as he shared the picture. The sizzling picture featuring Munawar's girlfriend is undoubtedly the talk of the town right now.

Another video from yesterday's bash is going viral on social media, where Munawar can be seen enjoying himself with his ladylove at the party. At one point, his girlfriend can be seen resting her head on his shoulder, as he gently holds her.

Post his big win, Munawar visited Dongri in his brand new car. The people of his area hailed him for his strategy in the show and welcomed him amid huge applause. 

Several fanpages have shared pictures and videos of Dongri's boy, coming home with the trophy.

He was declared winner of the show, whose finale also featured popular reality show regulars Payal Rohatgi, Anjali Arora, Azma Fallah and Shivam Sharma.
