New Delhi: Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boy' starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles, clocks in 4 years today. The musical drama not only made its mark in the industry with Ranveer Singh winning several awards and accolades for his performance in the film, it also brought two new faces- Vijay Varma and Siddhant Chaturvedi to the industry, catapulting them to success.

Vijay Varma's character Moeen Arif was loved and appreciated across quaters and opened doors of success for him. It was 4 years ago when Vijay Varma starrer GullyBoy created a different league for him and placed him differently in the industry. Looking back at his journey so far and growing nostalgic on the film's four years success, Vijay shared an Instagram post.

Today, taking to social media he shared a bunch of unseen pictures from the shoot. Vijay also penned down a very emotional note and wrote, “4 years of #GullyBoy
The movie made with so much love, passion and compassion that it resonated with all and apna time aayega became the anthem. Big love to the entire team and to the audience who had made the film their own.

In the last four years, Vijay Varma has delivered some of the greatest roles an actor can ever play. From Hamza in Darlings (his biggest success) to Sasya in SHE, Vijay Varma has only forged a step ahead in his career. Apart from that, he also has a strong lineup of films like ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’ where he will be seen next to Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat. He will also be seen in Dahaad with Sonakshi Singa, Sumit Saxena’s untitled next and ‘Mirzapur 3’.
