Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Shilpa Shetty's 90s Hit Baazigar Set To Re-release In March

'Baazigar', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Shilpa Shetty, is an Abbas-Mustan directed the romantic revenge thriller.

New Delhi: The classic Bollywood film 'Baazigar', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Shilpa Shetty, is about to have a re-release in theatres. Abbas-Mustan directed the romantic revenge thriller which starred Shah Rukh as the main antagonist.

Shah Rukh Khan took to X (previously known as Twitter) to make the announcement. "Flashback to a time when magic unfolded on the silver screen! Inviting you to relive those moments at our Retro Film Festival with the iconic Bollywood classic - Baazigar. As someone who had the privilege to bring this magic to life, I'm thrilled to join you in this nostalgic journey. Let's celebrate the timeless era of Bollywood together," he wrote in the caption. 

Later, Kajol and Shilpa Shetty, who played the female leads in the film, also posted the announcement.

Shilpa mentioned, “So proud to be a part of both these 'Iconic Retro' films, with Baazigar being my debut..Save the dates: 22/03/24 | 23/03/24 | 25/03/24 | 26/03/24..Join us for an unforgettable cinematic experience. Be there to witness the magic unfold!...”

'Baazigar', which released on November 12, 1993, starred Shah Rukh as an anti-hero and earned him immense praises for his performance. The thriller became a blockbuster and was also one of SRK-Kajol's first successes.
