The story revolves around a girl Phooli who wants to study and fulfil her dreams. Later a "magician" comes into her life and helps her overcome her circumstances and motivates her to study. With the help of the magician's guidance, she strives to stand first in her studies, changes her way of dealing with situations and eventually tops her exams and later becomes an IPS officer.
