Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Freddy’ Finally ‘Comes To Life’: ‘A Film Close To My Heart’
Kartik Aaryan has posted an update about his upcoming movie ‘Freddy’ with an unseen picture.
Mumbai: Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan shared an update about his upcoming movie ‘Freddy’ on his social media. With a number of projects in his kitty, Kartik Aaryan has been keeping busy ever since he commenced shooting after a break of 5 months. Earlier this year, he also tested COVID-19 positive.
Now, after returning to the sets, Kartik Aaryan has posted an update about his upcoming movie ‘Freddy’ and shared that he has commenced shooting for the project. The ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ actor shared a picture from the sets of the movies where his face can be witnessed hidden behind the clapboard, thereby keeping his look under wraps.

While sharing the picture Kartik Aaryan wrote, “A film that’s been close to my heart, long before it began. Finally he comes to life !! Now shooting #Freddy”.
He earlier posted a picture from the sets of a movie and wrote, “After 5 months…. Shoot पर चले Did what i love the most”.
In this picture, Kartik can be seen riding a bike, his face covered. He did not reveal the name of the movie then.
Produced by Ekta Kapoor, ‘Freddy’ is being directed by Shashanka Ghosh. Reportedly, the ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ actress Alaya F has been roped in for playing the female lead opposite Kartik Aaryan. ‘Freddy’ is a romantic thriller movie that will venture into the unchartered territory of unpredictable twists and turns.
Speaking about the movie, Kartik Aaryan told ANI, “…with Freddy, I'm venturing into an uncharted territory which is both exciting and intriguing in equal measures.” He continued, “I look forward to dwell in the world of Freddy and bring alive this dark romantic thriller.”
Meanwhile, other than ‘Freddy’, Kartik Aaryan has a number of other projects lined up. He will be seen featuring in the Netflix movie ‘Dhamaka’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ and Hansal Mehta’s ‘Captain India’. He will also be seen featuring in a lead role in Sameer Vidwan’s upcoming untitled project.
