New Delhi: After keeping the audience on edge by releasing bits and pieces from the film, the makers of ‘Kalank’ have finally unveiled the first track from the film titled "Ghar More Pardesiya". The Song features Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan along with the ageless and graceful Madhuri Dixit. Sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Vaishali Mhade, the track celebrates love in all its glory. The 3.15 minute-long video shows, Ramleela in progress, wherein Alia and Varun can be seen walking through the crowd smitten by the essence of their surroundings. Take a look at the song below: The song takes a beautiful turn when two lead actresses present a breathtaking jugalbandi and dance together. The set where the song has been shot is as beautiful and colossal as it can get. Colourful and alluring, every part of the setting perfectly complements the celebratory feel of the song. Alia Bhatt looks regal and majestic in a white lehenga with a dupatta, as she elegantly moves in perfect sync with the song, performing Kathak. Written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Pritam, the lyrics of the song celebrate the classic love story of Hindu Lord Ram and Sita. From the appealing music, to perfectly synced background dancers, to the larger than life setup, the song songs looks like a scene straight out of a grand Sanjay Leela Bhansali flim. In the caption, she mentioned how the song kept her awake several nights. “A song that gave me sleepless nights, days & months is coming very very soon.. I think you can safely say that I have never been SO nervous for anything in my life. *screams frantically and hides under bed* You may have to send a search party to find me. Meanwhile watch this space for more,” she wrote alongside a still from the song.

Alia’s first look from the much awaited multi starrer film was shared on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8). Alia's character Roop took the internet by storm and got all the much needed appreciation. The teaser was unveiled a few days back and it is sure to leave you spellbound with its larger than life sets, powerful dialogues, intense looks of the actors and amazing background score. Apart from Alia, Madhuri and Varun, the film also features Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur, paying pivotal roles in the period drama set in the 1940s India. According to Karan Johar, who has bankrolled the project, the film was originally conceptualised about 15 years back by his father, late Yash Johar. Abhishek Varman has helmed the period drama that is all set to hit the big screens on April 17 this year.
