'Kabali' top trending movie trailer on YouTube in 2016

New Delhi: YouTube on Wednesday released the top 10 trending videos, music videos and Bollywood trailers of the year 2016. While Rajnikanth-starrer "Kabali" bacame the top trending movie trailer, comedian Kapil Sharma's show featuring actor Salman Khan was the top trending video of the year, YouTube said in a blog post. A video showing the "embedded GPS chip" in the new Rs 2000 currency note was also among the top viewed videos. In music, 2016 seemed to be all about "Kala Chashma" music video which topped with 45 million views. "Collectively, the top 10 videos have 70 million views and the channels which make them have more than 45 million subscribers who tune in regularly to watch the content they create/upload," posted Satya Raghavan, Head of Entertainment Partnerships, YouTube.
