‘RRR’ Actor Jr NTR Tests COVID-19 Positive; In Self Isolation
Jr NTR shared an update about his health and revealed that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
Mumbai: Many celebrities have contracted the COVID-19 virus in the ongoing second wave. This includes Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan, Kartik Aaryan and many more. Now, another popular actor Jr NTR has tested positive for coronavirus.
Jr NTR shared an update about his health on Twitter and revealed that he has tested positive for COVID-19. The ‘RRR’ actor further revealed that he and his family have isolated themselves and are following all the protocols. Jr NTR is under the supervision of a doctor.

Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao also known as NTR Jr tweeted, “I’ve tested positive for Covid19. Plz don’t worry,I’m doing absolutely fine. My family & I have isolated ourselves & we’re following all protocols under the supervision of doctors. I request those who’ve come into contact with me over the last few days to pl get tested. Stay safe”.
Jr NTR, who will be next seen portraying the role of Komaram Bheem in S.S. Rajamouli’s upcoming movie ‘RRR’, started his career as a child artist in the year 1996. Son of Nandamuri Harikrishna and grandson of N.T. Rama Rao, the ‘RRR’ actor is popular for his roles in movies like ‘Aadi’, ‘Simhadri’, ‘Temper’, ‘Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava’ and others.
Jr NTR also hosted the first season of the Telugu version of the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. He was last seen starring in the 2018 movie ‘Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava’.
Meanwhile, on a related note, Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ will also star Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn and others. The film is scheduled to release on October 13, 2021.
