James Cameron's Avatar’s four sequels all get release dates, starting in December, 2020!

'Avatar' fans, Rejoice! The Na'vi inhabited Pandora is 'officially' returning to the big screen. Director James Cameron took to the movie's Facebook page and shared the official release dates of the highly-anticipated 'Avatar' sequels. The first follow up to the 2009 sci-fi film will come out in December 2020, while the rest will release between 2021 and 2025. Did you know Kate Winslet convinced Leo DiCaprio to do ‘Titanic’? The 62-year-old-director, shared a photo of himself standing with the crew of film and wrote, "Great to be working with the best team in the business! Avatar takes flight as we begin concurrent production on four sequels. The journey continues December 18, 2020, December 17, 2021, December 20, 2024 and December 19, 2025!" The first, currently untitled sequel, will hit theatres on December 18, 2020, while the rest will be released on December 17, 2021, December 20, 2024, and December 19, 2025.
