After being in a relationship for five years, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got hitched on November 14 and 15 at Lake Como. The adorable couple tied the knot according to Konkani and Sindhi rituals in the presence of their family members and close friends. Just days before his wedding, Ranveer was busy shooting for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’. After wrapping up the shooting for the action drama, the ‘Gully Boy’ actor jetted to Italy along with Deepika. Before leaving for Italy, Ranveer was spotted at the gym by paparazzi and it seems the then groom-to-be wanted to look perfect for his wedding. A report in an entertainment portal has suggested that the ‘Padmaavat’ actor had to go on a keto diet for one week as he wanted to look fit on his wedding day. Ranveer had bulked his body for his role in ‘Simmba’ and the measurements of his wedding outfits were taken before he had started shooting for the film, the report in Bollywoodlife added. The ‘Befikre’ actor in order to ensure that no last minute changes take place, after returning back from Simmba’s shoot on November 7, Singh went on a keto diet for seven straight days, the report said.
