‘Bell Bottom’ Release Date Out: Akshay Kumar Starrer Will Release In Theatres On This Date

The wait is finally over as Khiladi Kumar is all set to be back in theatres with his next movie ‘BellBottom’ next month.

Mumbai: Fans of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar have been eagerly waiting for his movies to release on the big screens since last year. Well, the wait is now over as Khiladi Kumar is all set to be back in theatres with his next movie ‘BellBottom’ next month.

Akshay Kumar revealed the release date of ‘BellBottom’ on his social media and wrote, “Mission: To Entertain you on the BIG SCREEN Date: August 19, 2021 Announcing the arrival of #BellBottom!”

Other than Akshay Kumar, the movie also stars Huma Qureshi, Vaani Kapoor and Lara Dutta in pivotal roles. Based on true events, this upcoming spy thriller has been helmed by Ranjit M Tewari and has been produced by Pooja Entertainment and Emmay Entertainment.

After the nationwide lockdown was implemented last year, shootings and production works came to a halt. However, as soon as the lockdown was lifted, Akshay Kumar was the first Bollywood celebrity to start shooting amid the COVID-19 pandemic and flew to Scotland with his team to wrap up the shooting of ‘Bell Bottom’.

Akshay also shared a short video on his social media last year after commencing the shooting of ‘Bell Bottom’ revealing that the shooting has been done taking all the precautionary measures. The ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor wrote, “Lights, Camera, Mask On and Action🎬Following all the new norms and filming on for #BellBottom! It’s a difficult time but work has to go on. Need your love and luck”.

Meanwhile, other than ‘Bell Bottom’, Akshay Kumar will also be seen featuring in ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘Bachchan Pandey’, ‘Atrangi Re’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Prithviraj’ and ‘Raksha Bandhan’.
