Akshay Kumar revealed that while he was shooting the stunts, his wife Twinkle Khanna visited him on the sets, making him work even harder as he wants to impress her even after 20 years of marriage.

Mumbai: Akshay Kumar is all set to bring to the audience one of his most awaited movies ‘Bell Bottom’ this month. The movie will release in cinema halls on August 19, 2021, which will mark the first movie of Akshay Kumar to release in the theatres since the nationwide lockdown last year.

Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood is known for performing high-octane stunts and action in movies will be once again witnessed doing stunts for ‘Bell Bottom’ even in his 50s. Well, ahead of the movie’s release, Akshay posted a behind the scenes video of him preparing and shooting for the stunts in ‘Bell Bottom’. In the video, the ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor also revealed that while he was shooting the stunts, his wife Twinkle Khanna visited him on the sets, making him work even harder as he wants to impress her even after 20 years of marriage.

Twinkle has reacted to this video of Akki and revealed that though she is impressed by his stunts, it terrifies her to think that he jumps off buildings and planes. She commented on Akshay’s post and wrote, ‘I am impressed. Now will you stop these stunts’.

Twinkle also shared the video on her Instagram and wrote, “Haha! On the contrary, I am terrified when he leaps off buildings and planes. The fact that he is still in one piece impresses me more than all his stunts. Stay safe Mr K”.

Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, ‘Bell Bottom’ is an upcoming spy thriller that will witness Akshay Kumar playing the protagonist and Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi and Vaani Kapoor will be seen playing pivotal roles. The movie will also release in 3D.

Other than ‘Bell Bottom’, Akshay Kumar will also be seen featuring in ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘Atrangi Re’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Raksha Bandhan’, 'Prithviraj' and ‘Bachchan Pandey’.
