About Bad Newz
In ‘Bad Newz,’ Triptii Dimri plays a woman pregnant with the children of two different men, a storyline based on the rare medical condition known as heteropaternal superfecundation. Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk portray the two fathers in this romantic comedy directed by Anand Tiwari. It is Triptii's first film opposite Vicky and is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
Triptii, who was last seen in Ranbir Kapoor's Animal, is trying her hand at comedy for the first time. During the film's promotion the actor shared, "I have always done a lot of films in the drama genre, but I feel that as an actor, it is really important to keep doing different things and keep challenging yourself. I have found comedy a little difficult since the beginning. So, in a way, it was really good for me,”
