Anil Kapoor wants to pair with Ranveer Singh for 'Ram-Lakhan' remake

New Delhi: The original Lakhan of Bollywood, Anil Kapoor feels that he should be paired with Ranveer Singh for the remake of 'Ram-Lakhan'. After film-maker Rohit Shetty announced the remake of the 1989 film, names like Hrithik Roshan, Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan have been doing the rounds to star in the film. However, the name of Shahid Kapoor is being considered as the final one. When asked whom does he want to see with Ranveer in the remake, this is what the 59-year-old actor told ANI, "There is a lot to say the kind of impact Ram-Lakhan has made and to be really honest with you, I think I am still the best and I am the best choice for the remake." The 'Welcome Back' star also said the second season of series '24' will be really special. Anil Kapoor was recently present in Delhi to announce the 17th edition of IIFA Awards along with actor Farhan Akhtar.
