'Kesari Chapter 2' serves as a follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster that depicted the valiant Battle of Saragarhi, where 21 Sikh soldiers from the 36th Sikh Regiment of the British Indian Army took on 10,000 Afridi and Orakzai Pashtun tribesmen in 1897. The original film starred Parineeti Chopra in a crucial role, while the sequel promises to take the narrative forward with fresh perspectives and characters.

The film is set for a theatrical release on April 18.
