Jin, the eldest member of global K-pop sensation BTS, has added another high-end property to his real estate portfolio. According to Korea JoongAng Daily, Jin has purchased a luxury home in Seoul’s upscale Hannam The Hill for a staggering ₩17.5 billion (approx. $12.9 million) — and paid the full amount in cash.
The property is located in the prestigious Yongsan District, known for its affluent residents and sweeping views of the Han River. Real estate sources confirm that Jin made the purchase without taking out any loans.
BTS Jin’s third property in Hannam The Hill
This marks Jin’s third home in Hannam The Hill, an ultra-exclusive apartment complex comprising 600 units across 32 buildings, each 12 stories high. It’s home to numerous celebrities, including actors Lee Chul, Choo Hyun, So Ji-sub, and Han Joo.

Jin's first property in the complex was a 614-square-foot residence, purchased in July 2018 for ₩1.87 billion ($1.52 million). He later sold that unit and upgraded to a larger 2,508-square-foot home in July 2019 for ₩4.49 billion. By November 2019, Jin added a second property in the same area for ₩4.27 billion.
Jin’s first-ever solo fan tour
While expanding his real estate investments, Jin is also gearing up for his first solo fan concert later this month. The two-day event will be held at the Goyang Sports Complex Auxiliary Stadium in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang, on June 28 and 29, with shows beginning at 7 PM KST.
Following the Seoul concert, Jin will head out on a global tour with 18 shows in 9 cities. He’ll perform in Chiba (July 5–6) and Osaka (July 12–13) in Japan, then head to the U.S. for shows in Anaheim (July 17–18), Dallas (July 22–23), Tampa (July 26–27), and Newark (July 30–31). He’ll also visit fans in London (August 5–6) and Amsterdam (August 9–10).
Jin is expected to perform songs from his second mini-album Echo, along with fan-favorite tracks including Happy, which was released in November last year.
