BLACKPINK’s Jisoo’s Brother Faces Secret Filming Allegations, What We Know So Far

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has become an unexpected figure in a growing controversy after her brother was accused of illegally filming a woman during a sexual encounter.

A serious controversy has erupted surrounding BLACKPINK member Jisoo's brother, following allegations that he secretly filmed a woman during a sexual encounter without her consent. The accusations first came to light on May 29, 2025, when an anonymous post appeared on the Korean employee community platform, Blind. Since then, the allegations have gone viral across social media, sparking significant public attention.

According to the post, the woman claims she initially trusted Jisoo’s brother, who introduced himself as a businessman and the sibling of a famous celebrity. The woman alleges that after developing trust, they had a sexual encounter at his home, only for her to later discover that it had been secretly filmed with a hidden camera.

What Was the Post?

The anonymous post reads, “I was illegally filmed by BLACKPINK Jisoo’s brother. It took me a long time to write this. Everything I’m sharing is based on my own experience.”

The controversy has become more intense as screenshots of the post have gone viral. Nevertheless, there isn't a formal complaint supporting the claims.

The incident has raised alarm due to Jisoo’s association with her brother’s businesses, including the children’s health supplement brand Biomom and the newly launched entertainment label Blissoo, for which Jisoo serves as the ambassador.

Jisoo’s Fans Defended

Amidst growing public concern, Jisoo’s fans have defended the singer, saying that she should not be held responsible for her brother’s actions. One fan responded, “Jisoo isn’t accountable for her brother’s actions. It’s best not to engage with or spread posts that fuel baseless rumors. The unverified accusations have already been denied. Focus on Jisoo!”

Jisoo’s Brother Denies the Claims

As the post went viral, Jisoo's brother swiftly denied the allegations, stating that he would pursue legal action against those spreading the accusations. He released a statement to Ilagan Sports, asserting his innocence.

Meanwhile, Jisoo’s agency has issued a statement saying, "We are currently checking the facts."
