Kartik Aaryan Joins The BIG League With Virat Kohli, Akshay Kumar And Ranveer Singh, Is Amongst Top-20 Celebrities With Biggest Brand Valuation
Kartik Aaryan managed to make it to the Top-20 list and that when he is the only celebrity in the list that has other top names like Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Amitabh Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor Khan amongst others involved. Read on to know full details.

2021 has started on a fabulous note for Kartik Aaryan. Though Bollywood went on a pause for a large part of 2020, the latest Celebrity Brand Valuation Study 2020 by Duff & Phelps suggests that it was one of the better ones for Kartik Aaryan at least. The youngster in fact improved on his celebrity valuation. What makes it all the more special is that he has now made his debut amongst the Top-20 of the list which is dominated by the likes of Virat Kohli (who sits at the top), Akshay Kumar (who is at the first position amongst Bollywood celebrities) and Ranveer Singh (who is the immediate next).

“The fact that this study accounts for a valuation of USD 1.0 bn amongst just 20 celebrities pretty much tells the tale,” says a market expert, “This is a prestigious study which encapsulates elements like brands being endorsed, the areas that they touch, the business change that they bring in and of course the social media presence and influencing capacity that the celebrities boast of. It isn’t an easy thing to crack, especially when there are no releases in theatres and the market dynamics are also not favourable due to lockdown leading to slowdown.”
Still, Kartik Aaryan managed to make it to the Top-20 list and that when he is the only celebrity in the list that has other top names like Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Amitabh Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor Khan amongst others involved.
“Last year, Kartik Aaryan went on to work on a number of added endorsements and was busy with his promotions once the lockdown started easing. Even otherwise, he was making all efforts to promote the brands virtually. His social media presence also went up remarkably,” a close associate adds.
At last count, Kartik is endorsing Kartik Aaryan Boat, Hummel, Manyavar, Magic Moments, Armani Exchange watches, Cadbury silk, Lux Inferno, ITC Engage, VeetMan and Grade up to name a few with many other unannounced brands as well.
“All of this more and has led to his brand value evaluation at a staggering USD 14.9 M. That is astonishing to say the least as he is just 30 years of age and majority of other celebrities in the Top-20 are much older than him with a far greater experience in the entertainment or sports arena,” the market expert adds.
With Dhamaka, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Dostana 2 and his next with Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment’s coming up soon in 2021, guess Kartik could well be finding himself higher up in the list by the time the year comes to a close.
