Kareena Kapoor & Saif Ali Khan With Kids In Switzerland For New Year Celebrations; See Pic
Kareena and Saif visit Gstaad almost every year since they married in 2012. The last they were there was before the pandemic in 2019.
New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are in Gstaad, Switzerland after three years. Since the Swiss Alps are the Khan family's favourite tourist spot, Kareena took to Instagram to share how happy she was to be back. As per reports, Kareena and Saif visit Gstaad almost every year since they got married in 2012. The last they were there was before the pandemic in 2019. On Tuesday, Kareena took to her official Instagram handle to share a new picture from Gstaad.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Kareena shared a picture of a lit fireplace and wrote, "Waited three years for you" with a Swiss flag emoji.
This also happens to be Kareena's second born Jehangir Ali Khan also known as Jeh's first trip to Gstaad. Jehangir was born in February last year.
Over the last few years, Kareena often shares pictures from her vacation abroad and in India with family and friends. Her Instagram also has pictures from her earlier Gstaad vacations with actor-husband Saif Ali Khan and first born Taimur Ali Khan.
The Khan family last visited Switzerland in 2019 and has not been able to since due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Last year, Kareena had shared an Instagram post about missing her Gstaad vacation. The actor shared a selfie where she sported a no-makeup look as she posed indoors with a backdrop of snow-capped mountains. "Apres ski days. Will they return?" Kareena wrote in the caption of the post.
The last time Kareena was in Gstaad with her family in 2019, she bumped into actors Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma who were there with their partners Natasha Dalal and Virat Kohli respectively.
This year, instead of the annual Christmas family lunch at Kunal Kapoor's house in Mumbai, Kareena celebrated Christmas with Saif, Taimur, Jeh and their friends in the UK. Kareena also shared a video of the celebrations in which we see an adorable Jeh photobomb the clip as he walks past Saif calling him 'Baba( father)'.
