'Goodbye' Song 'Jaikal Mahakal’ Out: Amit Trivedi, Swanand Kirkire Create Magic Again

The makers of Amitabh Bachchan, Rashmika Mandanna starrer 'Goodbye' have released the first song ‘Jaikal Mahakal’ from the film. The song was part of the trailer in the background.

New Delhi: The trailer of Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Goodbye’ was released recently. The film promises to be an entertaining ride with the correct blend of happiness, grief, laughter, and other emotions. The trailer has already crossed 25MN+ views across all social media platforms and is being loved by everyone.  

Now the makers have released the first song ‘Jaikal Mahakal’ from the film. The song was part of the trailer in the background. The makers too to Twitter to release the song and wrote, “#JaikalMahakal ka raag aur family ka pyaar, dono goonjenga har dil mein abki baar! Song out now #Goodbye releasing in cinemas near you on 7th October 2022. #GoodbyeOnOct7” 

The song is written by Swanand Kirkire and the soulful music is by the music composer Amit Trivedi. Amit Trivedi and Suhas Sawant have given voice to the track. 

Helmed by Vikas Bahl, the movie showcases the Bhalla family’s journey of dealing with grief and then being there for each other through the different turns of events. The film’s heart-touching storyline and incredibly accomplished star cast have already intrigued the audience to watch the upcoming family drama. 

Starring the legendary thespian Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, south heart-throb Rashmika Mandanna and Pavil Gulati in pivotal roles, the film will take the audiences on a roller-coaster of emotions filled with laughter, warmth & tears. 

The trailer begins with Amitabh and Rashmika, who will be seen as father-daughter duo in the film, engaged in an argument as Neena Gupta, who plays Amitabh's wife, dyes his hair. Life goes topsy turvy when Neena Gupta dies and the entire family comes together for her funeral. From raising questions about the rituals followed during the last rites to entertaining situations taking place inside the Bhalla household, the trailer of 'Goodbye' comes off as a family entertainer with the perfect blend of emotions. 


  
The film also stars Elli AvrRam, Sunil Grover, Sahil Mehta, Abhishek Khan in pivotal roles.   

Produced by Ektaa R Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures in association with Good Co., GoodBye is all set for worldwide release in cinemas on 7th October 2022.
