New Delhi: Always an inspiration, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are a power couple. The happy pair is presently in Australia celebrating a mutual friend's wedding and having a blast. On Saturday, Farhan Akhtar sent his wife Shibani Dandekar a touching birthday note. He praised her for being his constant rock.
Taking to Instagram, Farhan uploaded a photo of the two of them together. In the caption, he wrote: “Dear life partner, Some days you steer, some days you navigate, some days you get us to put down our oars and take a break, take in the view, just breathe. I’d fight the strongest currents for you as I know you would for us. Happy birthday my beautiful co-traveller. Love you. @shibanidandekarakhtar.”
The birthday girl was pleased to see the post. Shibani responded to her hubby’s post, “Love you my partner for life. Couldn’t imagine being on this journey without you! ❤️ You make everything better! Now learn to let me steer ALWAYS.”

The first time Farhan and Shibani crossed paths was in the year 2015 on the set of the television show ‘I Can Do That’. Farhan was the presenter of the show, and Shibani was one of the contestants. At the time, Farhan was already married to Adhuna Bhabani, with whom he had two daughters named Shakhya and Akira. After 16 years of marriage, Farhan and Adhuna made their decision to separate and the divorce was finalised in the year 2017.
