The survival drama "The Goat Life," starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, has crossed the Rs 50 crore mark in worldwide gross collections, as announced by the film's makers on Sunday.
Directed by Blessy, the Malayalam film depicts the true story of Najeeb (portrayed by Sukumaran), a Malayali immigrant laborer who becomes ensnared in slavery as a goatherd on a remote farm in Saudi Arabia. Adapted from the 2008 bestselling novel "Aadujeevitham" by Benyamin, the film hit theaters on Friday.
Sukumaran, who is also distributing the film in Malayalam through Prithviraj Productions, shared the box office update on his official X page, expressing gratitude to the audience for their support. The post included a poster highlighting the achievement of Rs 50 crore in worldwide gross collections.

In the image, the star’s back is towards the camera as a swarm of fans are seen standing outside the gate of his home, Jalsa, just to see their icon.
Amitabh is seen dressed in a kurta pyjama with a shawl wrapped around him and is waving towards his fans.
