New Delhi: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan's divorce rumours have been doing the rounds on social media for quite a long time now. Recently, a viral video suggested that while Amitabh Bachchan frequently shares posts about his daughter Shweta Bachchan, he appears to intentionally refrain from commenting about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on social media. In response, veteran actor and host Simi Garewal stepped in to defend Big B, and slammed the trolls by stating ,"You people don’t know ANYTHING.”

A recent post from a fan account, Jagruuk Janta, accused Amitabh Bachchan of neglecting Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The post seems to be going viral on social media. In the video, pictures of Big B with his daughter-in-law Aishwarya and daughter Shweta, are circulating online. In the clip, a woman seems to be talking about the double standards applied to daughter-in-laws versus daughters, sharing her disappointment about Amitabh Bachchan's behaviour.
On the post, Simi Garewal commented, "You people don't know ANYTHING. Stop it.."

Both Aishwarya and Abhishek have maintained a dignified silence on thses rumours. Recently, Aishwarya was seen at the Paris Fashion Week with her daughter Aaradhya sporting her, what fans claim to be, wedding ring, slamming divorce rumours. However, Aishwarya and Aaradhya have been seen attending events quite alone for a long time now.
In another post on the same channel, the woman also spoke about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's recent presence at award shows and her family's absence to comment on her achievements.
For those unfamiliar, Aishwarya and Abhishek's divorce rumours began when the latter shared a rather formal post for his wife on Instagram. Following that, their minimal public appearances together, and the Bachchan family keeping away from Aishwarya at most public events created much rumours about the same.
Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan married on April 20, 2007 in a grand ceremony.
