Shehnaaz Gill recently opened up about her bond with the late actor Sidharth Shukla. Their fans affectionately called them 'SidNaaz.' In a candid conversation with Farah Khan during an episode of ‘Fun With Farah’, Shehnaaz talked about her relationship with Sidharth, admitting that she was extremely possessive of him.

Shehnaaz confessed her feelings, saying, "I was possessive kyuki bhai woh handsome bhi toh tha (because he was handsome). If someone is so good-looking, it’s natural to feel insecure and possessive."  

Although neither Shehnaaz nor Sidharth ever publicly confirmed a romantic relationship, their chemistry and close bond were undeniable. Their collaborations were often accompanied by the hashtag "SidNaaz," further fueling fan speculation. The duo became fan favorites during Bigg Boss 13, with their friendship evolving into an emotional attachment that continued even after the reality show ended.

Shehnaaz calls herself "very loyal"

Shehnaaz also touched upon her views on relationships, expressing her desire for a partner who is her equal both "financially and professionally." She talked about her independent nature, calling herself an "alpha woman" and admitting she dislikes when a man pays for her. Despite this, she holds traditional values when it comes to loyalty, saying, "I am very loyal. I envision my life with the same man forever." She believes that fate plays a significant role in finding the right person. 

The enduring popularity of SidNaaz continues even after Sidharth’s tragic passing in 2021 at the age of 40 due to a cardiac arrest. He and Shehnaaz had formed a bond that transcended their time on 'Bigg Boss 13', where Sidharth emerged as the winner.  

His untimely demise left Shehnaaz and their fans heartbroken. Shehnaaz also released a song dedicated to Sidharth after his demise.
