Richa Chadha And Ali Fazal's Wedding Documentary RiAliTY Teaser Out; Couple Share ‘Realistic’ Glimpses Of The Day

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal posted the first teaser for their wedding documentary titled ‘RiAlity’ on social media.

New Delhi: Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s wedding documentary titled ‘RiAlity’s teaser has been dropped. The pair, who got married last year, are now becoming producers with their label Pushing Buttons Studios. Interestingly, their first project was a wedding film titled RiAliTY. 

The celeb couple posted the first teaser for their wedding on social media. It offered a glimpse into the chaos and preparation that went into their pre-wedding celebrations in Lucknow, Mumbai, and Delhi. The brief video starts with Ali Fazal’s voice as he says, ”Ye thoda filmy sound karenge ki, ek zamana hum bhi hain, jahan ek mohabbat ki jeet hue hai, jisse tala nhi ja sakta.”

The Rahul Singh Dutta-directed wedding documentary will capture not just the couple's blissful wedding but also the pre-D-Day incidents from the point of view of Ali and Richa's close friends and family. 

“Sharing the teaser, Ali wrote, “RiAliTY ….. Coming Soon.”

Richa Chadha said in a statement that weddings are often 'portrayed as fairytales, but the reality is a mix of emotions'. "Our documentary, RiAlity, is a heartfelt attempt to capture the genuine essence of our wedding experience. Our wedding was a tapestry woven with threads of every emotion imaginable. RiAlity is our attempt to unravel the complexities of that experience. It’s a mirror reflecting the reality behind the glitz, a candid portrayal of two individuals from humble beginnings,” the actor said.

“We are laying bare our emotions, the struggles, and the triumphs that came with planning this union. RiAlity is a testament to the fact that love is not always perfect, but it is always enough. Love is profound, it is messy, and yet worth moving worlds for. RiAlity captures some of the essence of our journey, not just as actors but as two regular people in love,”Ali added.
