Mika's unforgettable memory with SRK

One such story takes us back nearly a decade to Hrithik Roshan’s birthday party, where Mika found himself in the company of Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Gauri Khan, and Sanjay Kapoor with his wife, Maheep.

Recalling the night, he shared, “He had just got a Rolls Royce, and he wanted us all to go on a drive. But I insisted we take a bigger car that would accommodate all of us. It was around 5 am, and I suggested we take my Hummer. Ranveer Singh joined us, and so did Gauri bhabhi, Sanjay Kapoor, and his wife (Maheep).”

However, space became an issue, leading to an unexpected yet memorable moment. “I asked Shah Rukh Khan to drive because all of us couldn’t fit in the Hummer if we asked the driver to take the car. But, he is such a sweet person that he agreed, and we all went on the drive, and Ranveer was sitting in the boot.”

When SRK promised to gift Mika Singh a bike

The night turned into an unforgettable experience for Mika, who fondly recalled how the party lasted until 7-8 am. He even captured the moment in a selfie with Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik, and Ranveer.

Reflecting on the superstar’s generosity, Mika added, “I think that is Shah Rukh Khan’s greatness. I have only sung a couple of songs for him… in Raees and Happy New Year, but he is someone with such a big heart. In fact, even the PS5 in my house is a gift from him.”

Despite receiving gifts from SRK, Mika playfully pointed out one unfulfilled promise. “Although I have received gifts from him, he had once promised to gift me a bike. In fact, he promised it when he gifted a bike to Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham. Even if not a bike, at least gift me a cycle, I’d be very happy.”

Mika also spoke about his own grand gestures toward legends of the industry. “I have also gifted rings worth Rs 50 lakhs to Amitabh Bachchan and Gurdas Maan, but I gave it to Shah Rukh Khan first. I had always wanted to do something special for these three individuals,” he revealed in his interview with Pinkvilla.
