Karan Johar Recalls When Sidharth Malhotra With High Fever Came To Meet Kiara Advani At A Party
Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra are all set to grace the couch in the upcoming episode of the eighth season of ‘Koffee with Karan.’
New Delhi: Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra are all set to grace the couch in the upcoming episode of the eighth season of ‘Koffee with Karan.’ As expected, the conversations also went around the newlywed couple, Sidharth and Kiara Advani.
Even though Sidharth and Kiara did not make their relationship public until they tied the knot, the small gestures from them both at private parties and events left some hints for Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan to get thinking about it.

Speaking about it, Karan Johar said, “I remember they (Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani) were having a fight, he was having a high fever, he had come to my party. But it was very sweet, because two hours later, they were sitting together, eating this meal and she was feeding him. At that point, I realized that this is going to happen, they are going to happen.”
Varun Dhawan added, “Exactly, We were shooting a song, we finished shooting and we were heading back. She (Kiara Advani) was so happy, like Sid is going to come there, bechara he has a high fever. She had told me you were unwell. Something was telling me that Sidharth with high fever coming to a party to meet a girl matlab kuch toh hai yaar”
Sidharth and Kiara started dating while shooting for Vikram Batra biopic ‘Shershah’. The couple got married in February 2023 at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace among close friends and family. They also hosted a reception in Mumbai for their industry friends.
On the show, Sidharth's ‘Student of the Year’ co-actor and ex-girlfriend Alia Bhatt also made an appearance through video and said that the actor is so hilarious that he goes off to sleep at his own birthday party.
Alia said, “Sid is actually a really good singer. He is a very healthy person, so he doesnt party at all, but he is the best person to get a party started, so this is the inherent punjabi in him. He just knows how to get people going, he's really good. Also, he is really hilarious, he is the first person to fall asleep at his own birthday party.”
She added, “Sid takes a while to open up, so there is a distance, says hi hello, very chivalrous, very well mannered, that's generally how he is. The basic thing is that he has got very warm and kind eyes. That is also why he has such a massive fan following. I am very thankful to Sid, because he has given me the first love of my life, Edward.”
Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone, Sunny-Bobby Deol, Sara Ali Khan- Ananya Panday, Alia Bhatt-Kareena Kapoor Khan have featured as guests on the show so far this season.
