New Delhi: Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare are now married. The two tied the knot by legally registering their marriage in the presence of their loved ones, on Wednesday. The wedding took place at Taj Lands Hotel in Mumbai. Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan looked adorable in a lehenga while groom Nupur Shikhare, who reached the venue in an unconventional way by jogging for 8kms, can be seen dressed in a black vest and shorts. Their wedding was attended by their family and close friends.
While the couple is yet to share their official pictures and videos from their wedding ceremony, internet is abuzz with inside video from the much-awaited wedding that features Aamir Khan getting all teary-eyed as his daughter Ira signs the wedding contract.

Before the registration of the marriage, the bride and groom's sides participated in a musical game (antakshari), and during this time, they had a great deal of fun.
Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan, and Nupur Shikhare's wedding witnessed the presence of special guests Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani.
Both Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao personally received Mukesh and Nita Ambani as they arrived for the wedding festivities.
The festivities commenced earlier in the evening, around 6:30-7:00 PM, as the groom's wedding procession made a lively entrance into the hotel. Nupur Shikhare, not only Aamir Khan's future son-in-law but also a fitness coach and athlete, arrived in style, running with his procession, donning a casual T-shirt and half pants.
Ira and Nupur had been dating each other for quite some time before tying the knot on January 3, 2024. Last year, during a marathon in Italy, Nupur proposed to Ira.
Post that, the couple had a grand engagement party in Mumbai attended by their close friends and family. Their rather candid and fun pictures from engagement were a huge departure from regular, grand Bollywood wedding parties.
