The band’s official Instagram account shared a story on Friday evening, featuring a playful video of Chris Martin. The clip shows him riding pillion on a scooter as it zooms through an empty street. Chris’s surprised reaction, “What the heck!”, adds a touch of humour to the video, which is captioned “Arriving in Ahmedabad.” Another post showcased a front-facing image of Chris sporting a casual outfit: a black T-shirt, olive green shorts, and white sneakers, as he sat atop the white scooter.

Coldplay's Ahmedabad concert

Coldplay’s concerts in Ahmedabad will take place at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium, located in the Motera area. Known as the world’s largest cricket stadium with a seating capacity exceeding 100,000, the venue is gearing up to host an audience that includes dignitaries and VIPs from around the globe.

The concerts are scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM and conclude by 10 PM, with gates opening to the public as early as 2 PM. Security arrangements are extensive, with 3,825 police personnel stationed around the stadium and additional support from the National Security Guard and special forces units. Fans unable to attend in person can catch the performances live on Disney+ Hotstar.
