Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who has always kept a low profile compared to his iconic father, recently shared insights into his journey, his relationship with his father, and his ambitions in both fashion and cinema. 

In a recent interview with L’Officiel Arabia, Aryan spoke about his clothing brand D’yavol and the influence his father has on their brand.

“My father is perhaps one of the smartest marketing minds, and is a global fashion trendsetter,” Aryan remarked. He praised Shah Rukh’s deep connection with audiences and his practical approach to decision-making, adding, “He makes us take a step back and look at the bigger picture.”

Aryan on Shah Rukh Khan's approach to life

Aryan expressed admiration for Shah Rukh’s diverse pursuits, from sports and VFX to film and television production. Reflecting on his father’s approach to life, he said, “My father would see all his various roles with the same dedication and passion. Giving a hundred per cent to everything you do no matter how big or small, is what my father has imbibed in me. And as an entrepreneur and a fashion innovator, I aspire to be rigorous, meticulous and extremely detailed about everything.”

In response to Aryan’s appreciation, Shah Rukh Khan offered his son a simple but powerful piece of advice. “Never stop learning, and always remain humble. Listen to everyone, but don’t be swayed away from your own convictions,” the Pathaan star advised.  

Shah Rukh also shared a mantra that has guided his own career: “Always make products that have a positive impact on people’s lives – be it clothes or films.” 

‘Shah Rukh Khan’ will next be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s upcoming film ‘King’ that also stars his daughter Suhana Khan.
