Anushka Sharma was spotted at the Mumbai airport on Wednesday, marking her second visit to India since the birth of her son, Akaay Kohli, in London. Anushka is reportedly in Mumbai for an event scheduled for September 6. This time, she arrived alone, without her husband Virat Kohli or their children.

Videos of Anushka’s arrival in Mumbai have been widely shared online. In one clip, she is seen dressed in an all-black outfit, smiling and waving at the paparazzi as she walked out of the airport. Before getting into her car, she took a moment to pose for the photographers. Anushka completed her look with dark sunglasses and a neatly tied bun. Her unexpected arrival delighted fans, with some commenting, “Finally my favourite actress is back.”

Anushka's earlier visit
This isn’t Anushka’s first visit to India since Akaay’s birth. She previously returned to attend an IPL match and cheer for her husband, Virat. However, this visit is expected to be shorter, as she is not accompanied by her family. There are also rumors circulating that the couple may be planning to permanently relocate to London after Kohli retires from cricket.

On the professional front, Anushka Sharma last appeared on screen in the 2018 film Zero, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She was set to make her comeback with Chakda Xpress, a Netflix biopic about cricketer Jhulan Goswami. However, the film's release is reportedly on hold due to a fallout between Netflix and the production company led by Anushka’s brother, Karnesh Sharma.
