One of the segments on the show involving Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek left a section of social media users unhappy.

Popular show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ came under heavy attack on Twitter over its recent episode. #BoycottKapilSharmaShow has been trending on the micro-blogging site ever since the episode was aired last night. On Sunday, an episode featuring filmmaker Anubhav Sinha and actor Manoj Bajpayee who was there to promote their music video ‘Bambai Main Ka Ba’ was telecast. However, it was one of the segments involving Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek that left a section of social media users unhappy.
The duo trolled an English news channel and their style of reporting in the Sushant Singh Rajput case and the Bollywood drug nexus. This kickstarted a massive trend on Twitter with a section of netizens demanding everyone to boycott the show. Here are some reactions of the netizens: Meanwhile, ahead of the episode, Kapil took to his Instagram page and shared a photo straight from his swanky vanity van. In the photo, Kapil is seen in a white printed sweatshirt and a pair of blue jeans. He is seen spraying cologne on him while getting clicked. The comedian posted the photo with a caption stating, "Get Set Goooooo #shooting #tkss #thekapilsharmashow #shoot #actor #comedy #fun #laughter #drama #masti #instagood."
