Bigg Boss Fame Actor Karan Mehra Honoured By World Book Of Records London

Earlier Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain actor Aasif Sheikh was honoured by World Book Of Records London for playing more than 300 different characters in his show.

Popular TV actor Karan Mehra, best known for his role Naitik from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has been honoured by the World Book Of Records, London for his ‘relentless commitment’ to promoting safety against the Covid 19 pandemic, serving the society and prevention of coronavirus disease.

An elated Karan took his social media handle and shared a copy of the certificate while expressing gratitude for the same. As mentioned in the certificate, the actor has been recognised for his ‘relentless commitment’ to promoting safety against the pandemic.

Soon as Karan shared his achievement, his fans were delighted and expressed their happiness about the same in the comment section and said, ‘proud of you Karan’.

For the uninitiated, Karan Mehra is only the second Indian television actor to have been awarded with a certificate by World Book Of Records London. Earlier Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain actor Aasif Sheikh was honoured for playing more than 300 different characters in his show.

Coming back to Karan's jounrey in the industry, the actor has been a part of the showbiz industry for more than a decade now. Apart from his stint in poular show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', he was a part of Bigg Boss and some other reality shows too.

Last year, the actor was in news over his controversial spil with wife Nisha Rawal, who accused him of domestic violence and an extramarital affair. Karan was arrested and even spent a night in jail after his estranged wife Nisha filed a complaint against him.

Karan and Nisha are parent to 5-year-old son Kavish Mehra.
