Ashneer Grover Responds To Ashish Chanchlani's Parody Video, Calls It ‘Sasta And Tikau’

The spoof video, named ‘Sasta Shark Tank’, stars Ashish as Paneer Grover, the creator of Bharatde (Ashneer Grover).

New Delhi: Recently, a parody of ‘Shark Tank India’ created by YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani went viral, garnering millions of views. The spoof video, named ‘Sasta Shark Tank’, stars Ashish as Paneer Grover, the creator of Bharatde (Ashneer Grover). 

Other cast members are Simran Dhanwani as Babita Papad (Namita Thapar), Akash Dodeja as Chaman Gutka (Aman Gupta), and Kunal Chabria as Uttapam Misal (Aman Gupta). 

The parody video follows the same framework of the show, with proposals being received and assessed by the judges, who are portrayed by Chanchlani and his partners. Only the tone of the parody, as well as the type of the pitches, are intended to provoke laughter from the audience. 

Ashish Chanchalani posted the video on Instagram with the caption, "Entries now open for Sasta Shaark Tank If you have a brilliant idea that we saste entrepreneurs can invest on then please login to sastashaarktank.com Entries open #SastaShaarkTank." He took to the comments section and wrote, "Hilarious ! What acting by all the Sharks !! Sasta and Tikau (sic)."

Ashneer also responded to the BharatPe board's charges that he sold ICC T20 World Cup 2021 tickets for millions of rupees on Twitter. He tweeted praising Ashish Chanchalani and said, “Board waalo yeh sab Doglapan chodo aur yeh dekho - much more creative and fun for everyone. Great work by @ashchanchlani.”

For the uninitiated, the show 'Shark Tank India' allows aspiring entrepreneurs from all around the country a chance to present their company ideas to sharks.
