New Delhi: With the Jhulan Goswami biopic ‘Chakda Xpress’, Anushka Sharma is all ready to make her long-awaited return to the big screen. Admirers of Anushka have been excitedly waiting for developments on the picture ever since it was revealed earlier this year. Since the beginning of last month, Anushka has been shooting for the same project, and she seems to have thrown herself back into her job with gusto.

Recently, the actress announced that she has successfully completed the first schedule of filming for ‘Chakda Xpress’. The actress made the announcement through her own Instagram account, where she shared a picture of a cricket ball.

Anushka was holding a cricket ball in her hand, and the ball had a message scrawled on it that stated, "It's a schedule wrap!" The actress wrote in the post's caption, “SCHEDULE ONE DONE. More to follow.. #ChakdaXpress”.

As a new mother, Anushka Sharma will be seen on screen for the first time in Chakda Xpress. ‘Chakda Xpress’ marks Anushka Sharma's return to the big screen after a three-year absence. She was last seen in ‘Zero’, a film released in 2018. During an interview with Harper's Bazaar India, the actress said that she had hoped to begin filming the movie sooner, but that the epidemic had forced the production to be postponed.

It has been announced that Chakda Xpress will debut on Netflix. On February 2, 2023, the movie is expected to become available for streaming on the platform.
