Tej Pratap Yadav's bodyguards thrash video journalist black and blue during polling in Patna

Surprisingly, Yadav didn’t intervene and didn’t ask his bodyguards to stop. In fact, agitated with the cameraman he asserted that he is going to file an FIR against the journalist.

New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a video journalist was thrashed by Lalu Rabri Morcha Chief Tej Pratap Yadav’s bodyguards after the leader cast his vote for the Lok Sabha election in Patna on Sunday morning. The incident took place when Tej Pratap, who was traveling on an e-rickshaw, was giving an interview to the journalist and one of the feet of the journalist came under the wheel of the rickshaw. This led to an altercation between the two. The incident was followed by vandalism of Tej Pratap’s car, after which the security men of the former RJD leader, who were travelling in a car parallel to the leader, thrashed the cameraman black and blue. Surprisingly, Yadav didn’t intervene and didn’t ask his bodyguards to stop. In fact, agitated with the cameraman he asserted that he is going to file an FIR against the journalist. Tej Pratap left RJD and formed own party after an altercation with his brother Tejashwi Yadav.
