PM Modi Interview: 'Educate Your Kids, Build Your Future' — Modi's Message For Muslims

PM Narendra Modi Exclusive: Prime Minister Narendra Modi advised the Muslim community to prioritize education for a prosperous future, expressing concern over "vote jihad" and criticised political exploitation.

PM Narendra Modi Exclusive: In an exclusive interview with ABP Network, Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed a strong message to the Muslim community, urging them to prioritise education for their children to secure a prosperous future. The interview covered various topics, including his views on "vote jihad," social justice, and the government's commitment to non-discriminatory policies.

Addressing the issue of "vote jihad," Modi expressed concern about the misleading paths being suggested by some influential families within the Muslim community. He said, "If a maulvi from a madrasa talks about vote jihad, it can be dismissed as his education. But when it comes from a highly qualified family, it becomes worrisome. This path should not be followed." This comment is in reference to Congress leader Salman Khurshid's niece Maria Alam appealing to Muslim voters to launch a "vote jihad" to remove the Modi government.

Modi further criticised political parties for exploiting the Muslim community for their own gain. "We are leading them down the wrong path for our politics. If left to their own devices, they would fare better. Many political parties claim to be their representatives, but how many have actually produced Muslim leaders? Hindu leaders have assumed the role of their spokespersons, keeping them under control. It's time for the Muslim community to introspect."

Modi acknowledged that personal preferences in a democracy are inevitable but stressed the interconnected future of the Muslim community and the nation. "Muslims must understand that their future is tied to the country's future. If the country sinks, they cannot survive alone. I urge them to educate their children; otherwise, they will fall behind. I have always said, 'One hand should hold the Quran and the other a computer.' I want to secure their future because it pains me to see them lag behind. The world is advancing rapidly."

In conclusion, Modi highlighted the integral role of the Muslim community in India's progress. "If they remain underdeveloped and unprosperous, can I prosper alone? Every part of the body must be healthy for the body to be healthy. Similarly, they are an essential part of the country, and therefore, they must thrive."

PM Modi Emphasises ‘100% Saturation In Welfare Schemes’

The Prime Minister emphasised the importance of non-discriminatory governance. "As a government, my duty is to ensure there is no discrimination. I aim for 100% saturation in welfare schemes. With 4 crore homes and 4 crore beneficiaries, we must provide housing without discrimination based on caste or religion."

Highlighting his government's achievements, Modi said, "100% saturation guarantees social justice, secularism, and transparency. 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' is not just a slogan; it is practiced in every policy. We have transferred Rs 38 lakh crore through direct benefit transfers."
