Kerala Lok Sabha Result: Rahul Gandhi To Suresh Gopi — Full List Of Winners
Kerala Lok Sabha results: Rahul Gandhi and Shashi Tharoor bagged the Wayanad and Thiruvananthapuram seats respectively, while Suresh Gopi helped the BJP win its first Lok Sabha seat in the state.

New Delhi: The Lok Sabha election 2024 threw up a surprising result, proving all exit poll surveys wrong. In Kerala, however, the Opposition performed as expected, with the Congress securing 14 of the 20 seats. The IUML bagged 2 seats, while the CPI-M, KEC, and RSP pocketed 1 seat each. The surprise entrant was the BJP, which breached the Kerala fort and snatched 1 seat.
Among the 20 constituencies, was the high-profile Thiruvananthapuram seat, contested by three-time MP Shashi Tharoor, Union minister Rajiv Chandrasekhar, and CPI-M leader Pannian Ravindran. Another highly anticipated result was that of the Wayanad seat contested by incumbent MP Rahul Gandhi and CPI-M leader Annie Raja. Kerala BJP president K Surendran went up against Rahul Gandhi in Wayanad and lost by a margin of 5,06,400 votes.
While Shashi Tharoor won Thiruvananthapuram by a 16,077-vote margin, Rahul Gandhi bagged Wayanad by a whopping margin of 3,64,422.
The lone BJP MP from Kerala Suresh Gopi won the Thrissur constituency by a margin of 74,686 votes.
