Actor Kangana Ranaut, contesting as a BJP candidate from the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency, has a staggering net worth surpassing Rs 91 crore including the ownership of two-high end cars, as per her election affidavit. Kangana filed her nomination on Tuesday accompanied by her Mother, Asha Ranaut, and sister, Rangoli Chandel. She donned a traditional green saree paired with a Himachali cap for this occasion. 

The submission of her election affidavit unveiled details about Kangana's financial standing, educational qualification, and income sources. Check the details below: 

According to her affidavit, Kangana declared her total income for the last five fiscal years: 

2018-19: Rs. 12,09,78,840/-
2019-20: Rs. 10,31,42,790/-
2020-21: Rs. 11,95,39,890/-
2021-22: Rs. 12,30,92,120/-
2022-23: Rs. 4,12,95,770/-

Notably, her earnings experienced a decline from Rs. 12,30,92,120 in 2021-22 to Rs. 4,12,95,770 in 2022-23. 

Her assets and liabilities, including offshore assets, were disclosed as follows: 

Moveable Assets: Rs. 28,73,44,239.36/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Crore Seventy Three Lac Forty Four Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Nine & Thirty-Six Paisa Only)

Immovable Assets: Rs. 62,92,87,000/- (Sixty Crore Ninety Two Lac Eighty-Seven Thousand Rupees Only)

The cumulative value of her movable and immovable assets amounted to Rs. 91,66,31,239.36/- (Ninety-One Crore Sixty Six Lac Thirty-One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Nine & Thirty-Six Paisa Only)

Kangana is the owner of two luxury cars, a BMW 730LD Diesel, and a Mercedes Benz GLE 250 D 4MATIC. 

Kangana's sources of income were declared as Professional Income, Business Income, Rental Income & Interest Income 

The educational qualification listed in her election affidavit indicated her highest qualification as completion of 10+2 (Senior School Certificate Examination, 2003) from DAV Model School, Sector 15-A, Chandigarh in the year 2003.

Kangana's Message To The People Of Mandi

Accompanies by senior BJP leaders including Leader of Opposition in Himachal Pradesh Assembly Jai Ram Thakur and state BJP chief Rajiv Bindal, Kangana exuded confidence in her electoral prospects. 

Expressing gratitude to the people of Mandi for her electoral foray, Kangana said, "The people of Mandi and their love for me have brought me here. Women in our country are making a mark in every field but incidents of feticide in Mandi were high a few years ago. Today, the women from Mandi are in the Army, the field of education and politics".
