AAP's Sanjay Singh Takes Out 'Bin Dulhe Ki Baraat' To Mock BJP For Not Declaring CM's Face In Delhi: WATCH

AAP's Sanjay Singh took out a 'bin dulhe ki baraat' in Rajinder Nagar in Delhi to mock BJP for not declaring its CM candidate. He said there is nobody against Kejriwal and that BJP was "exposed".

The Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh continued his "bin dulhe ki baraat" jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party as the latter is yet to announce its chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections scheduled in February. Taking a swipe at the BJP, Singh was seen carrying out a wedding procession without any groom sitting on the horse, denoting how the BJP is yet to announce its CM's face.

The AAP workers accompanying him were seen raising slogans with placards in their hands and the wedding procession band being played in the background.

"It is BJP's 'Bin Dulhe ki Baarat'. No groom is sitting on the horse. There is nobody in front of Kejriwal...People of Delhi want to know who the groom is from the BJP's side... The BJP is exposed in Delhi. They have no one against Arvind Kejriwal," Singh said.

The AAP MP had taken a similar jibe at the BJP at a poll rally in Rohini on January 5, where he targeted the party for not announcing the CM's face.

"Nothing will happen because of what PM Modi says in his speech. Delhi takes pride in Arvind Kejriwal and his work. They are against common people and bulldozed the slums where poor people live. PM Modi should not be worried - 'wo bina dulhe ke baraat lekar nikle hain'. BJP has lost very badly even before the elections," Singh had said.

He had made the remark in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal to the Delhi voters to elect the BJP-led government in the Assembly polls.

The BJP has fielded Parvesh Verma against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal in the New Delhi Assembly constituency. Meanwhile, Ramesh Bidhuri is up against Delhi Chief Minister Atishi. Earlier today, the district election officer of the New Delhi constituency forwarded AAP's allegations against Parvesh Verma regarding distribution of cash and organising job camps for further investigation to the police.

Voting to the 70-member Delhi Assembly will be held in a single phase on February 5, and the counting of votes will be done on February 8.
