Chhattisgarh Election: Congress Abuses OBCs In Name Of Modi, Its Bidai Has Begun, Says PM

Chhattisgarh Elections: Speaking at a rally in Chhattisgarh, PM Modi said that the countdown to Congress' exit from the state has begun and the people do not want Congress anymore.

Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections 2023: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress in the poll-bound state of Chhattisgarh on Monday. Speaking at a rally in Mungeli, the Prime Minister said that the countdown to the grand old party's exit from the state has begun now. He said that the time has come for the farewell of those Congress leaders who have looted the people for five years.

Speaking at the 'Vijay Sankalap Maharally' in Mungeli, PM Modi said, "The countdown of the Congress' 'bidai' has begun now... The time has come for the farewell of those Congress leaders who have looted you for 5 years. The public of the state is more eager for the 'bidai' of Congress from the state...The public doesn't want Congress anymore."

PM Modi also said the Congress hates him so much that it abuses the entire OBC community in his name. "The Congress hates Modi. They have started hating even Modi's caste. For the last several months, Congress has been abusing the entire OBC community in the name of Modi...They have even refused to apologise after a court directed them to do so," he said, as quoted by PTI.

"This is an example of how much hatred they have for the OBC community. It is the Congress which insulted Babasaheb Ambedkar. It is the Congress which conspired to end Babasaheb's politics," Modi said. The Congress can do anything for vote bank and appeasement, he added.

During the rally, PM Modi also said that if the saffron party comes to power in the state then strict action will taken against corruption. "If BJP comes into power, Chhattisgarh will develop rapidly. The dreams of the youth will be fulfilled. The life of the Mahtari sisters here will become easier. Control of corruption, strict action against corruption will be taken," PM Modi said.

PM Modi took a swipe at the grand old party and said that the party has also understood that now its time is over in Chhattisgarh. "The Congress has also understood that now its time is over in Chhattisgarh. Some journalist friends from Delhi and political analysts have told me that the chief minister (Baghel) is himself going to lose (election from Patan seat),” the Prime Minister said.

Speaking at a rally in Mahasamund in Chhattisgarh, PM Modi said, "Today, Chhattisgarh is saying in unison that BJP is coming to power and is making sure that the Congress' 30 per cent (commission) 'Kakka' is going out".
